Faith in the LORD JESUS CHRIST!

WHO WAS JESUS?

All of the prophesies in scripture were fulfilled in Him. He stated that He was the fulfillment of scripture. He stated that no man comes to the Father except through Him. Was he a good man? Surely He was a good teacher. Was he LORD? Well either he was or he was either a Liar or a Lunatic. He was a good teacher therefore it is unlikely that He was a liar. His finely developed moral code and his teachings could not possibly be that of a lunatic. Therefore He must be the long awaited Messiah.

1. Know that GOD loves you and wants a relationship with you. " For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16)

2. Because we are sinners, we are separated from God. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23).

3. Christ's death and resurection was for us to pay for our sins. " But God demonstates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8).

4. We come to know God by accepting Christ's payment on the cross for our sins. "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9; see also Revelation 3:20).

You can invite Christ into your life simply by asking. The following is a suggested prayer:

Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my heart to You and ask You to make me the person You want me to be. Amen.

The above prayer is not magic. It is the attitude of your heart that is important. What's the next step. Find a Bible believeing church and share what you have done. Get to know other believers and read his WORD the Bible.
